I found out about this blog on the VIC-20 Denial forum. I think I may have listened to your podcast #5 last year where you talk about C64 CRPGs. I was in the middle of making "Realms of Quest III" at the time, and I used a google search to find podcasts about old school CRPGs and yours was the only one I was able to find.

I read what you said about "Krazy Kong" (for the C64) and I have to disagree--it is one of the great Commodore games. But in fairness, it was originally a VIC-20 game.

This is an excellent blog and I will definitely subscribe to it on my iTouch.

Funny they used the German version of the VIC-20 in that review. The original breadbox was called the "VC-20" around here because "VIC" would have sounded too much like the f-word in German, the side effect being that they could build a bridge from the well-known "Volkswagen" (the people's car) to "Volkscomputer"...

This is a great site and thanks for the post. I have never heard a lot of these. Am wondering if you can share more about the process you use - more about using XM Play and in particular the SID plugin - how does that work?

I liked the interview very much! The structure is great, the information is described in a well-composed and detailed way. I managed to keep a big part of the written material in my head. This is what I call a professional approach to the work!
